After two years of lunar wanderings, Moonbrew and Paolo Apollo Negri move the horizon a little further and embark on a new adventure that takes them, this time, to Mars. In retracing the history of space missions that have investigated the red planet, the sound becomes more modern and layered, even if there is no lack of references to the previous adventure. A common thread links the new “Destination: Mars” to the two chapters of LEM Tales: taking inspiration from the past to talk about the present, drawing on an epic and shared imagination to tell the challenges that face us all. Once again, jazz merges with hip-hop, funk with electronics, vintage instruments with new technologies to paint the portrait of a changing world, oriented towards the future but firmly anchored in the past.
